Support Lead

We are looking for an experienced Support Lead to join our team at Five Below. You will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about customer service and has a keen eye for detail. You should be able to think on your feet and offer solutions that meet customer requirements.
