Job Description

We are looking for an amazing Support Lead to join the team at Five Below! In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the support team to ensure high-quality customer service and store operations. You will be the go-to person for resolving customer complaints and inquiries while empowering the team to reach their fullest potential.The ideal candidate for this role is an enthusiastic, organized, and experienced professional with outstanding customer service and leadership skills. If you are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and possess the desire to grow your career in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:* 3+ years of retail customer service experience * 2+ years of team lead or supervisory experience* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service* Solid understanding of store operations and processes * Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the support team to ensure high-quality customer service and store operations.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Train and coach team members to reach their fullest potential.
  4. Monitor and maintain customer service standards.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Create and implement strategies to improve customer service levels.
  7. Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  8. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer needs and concerns.
  9. Maintain accurate documentation of customer service activities and data.
  10. Develop and implement a reporting system to track customer service performance metrics.
  11. Liaise with other departments to ensure customer service initiatives are met.
  12. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
