Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Support Lead to join our team at Five Below. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment, be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving skills. They must be able to work independently as well as with a team and have a natural enthusiasm for the Five Below brand. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers.
  2. Manage customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Develop strategies to improve customer service and support.
  4. Work with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
  5. Handle customer complaints and disputes professionally.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction with resolution of problems.
  7. Maintain knowledge of Five Below products, services, and policies.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and support.
  9. Monitor customer service metrics and performance.
  10. Assist in training and onboarding of new customer service staff.
