Job Description

As a Support Lead at Five Below, you’ll be a key member of our team, providing technical support to our customers and employees. We’re looking for a problem-solver who’s passionate about technology and helping others, and who takes pride in providing excellent customer service.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of two years’ experience in support and customer service, a degree in Information Technology or a related field, and strong knowledge of hardware and software. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and accurately. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential to ensure our customers have a positive experience with Five Below.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to customers and employees in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and accurately.
  3. Assist customers with hardware and software issues.
  4. Maintain positive relationships with customers and employees.
  5. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  6. Monitor customer service metrics and recommend improvements.
  7. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products.
  8. Develop training materials and procedures for customer service staff.
  9. Document and track customer service inquiries and resolutions.
  10. Provide feedback to management on customer service issues.
