Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Lead to join our team at Five Below! This role provides an exciting and unique opportunity to lead our customer support team, ensuring that customers have a positive, memorable experience with us. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to lead a team.The Support Lead will be responsible for managing the customer support team, responding to customer inquiries, and developing strategies to ensure that customer service goals are met. The Lead will work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency. To be successful in this role, we are looking for an individual with:• A minimum of two years of customer service experience• Proven leadership experience• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools• An ability to work independently and collaborativelyIf you are an experienced customer service leader with a passion for helping others and are excited to join our team at Five Below, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the customer support team, ensuring customer inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure customer service goals are met.
  3. Train and mentor customer service team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
  5. Handle escalated customer service issues, providing resolution in a timely manner.
  6. Monitor customer service performance metrics and develop strategies to improve customer experience.
  7. Stay up to date with customer service software, databases, and tools.
  8. Develop reports and provide analysis of customer service data.
