Job Description

At Five Below, we are always looking for ways to make our customers’ shopping experience even better! We are now seeking an experienced Support Lead to join the team and provide our customers with the best service possible. The ideal candidate for this position will be an organized and customer-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills. They should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as have exceptional communication and multitasking abilities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and who is excited to take on new challenges!If you have the qualifications listed below and would like to join our team, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide them with a positive shopping experience.
  2. Assist customers with questions, concerns, and product inquiries.
  3. Maintain an organized store environment.
  4. Handle customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of product features and benefits.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Assist in training and mentoring new employees.
  8. Monitor store operations, including staffing levels, inventory levels, and customer service quality.
  9. Act as a role model for all team members by leading by example and providing support to team members.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
