Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues • Manage multiple priorities and tasks to ensure service standards and timelines are met • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions • Cooperate with team members to ensure customer requests are addressed in a timely manner • Monitor daily customer service operations and identify areas for improvement • Provide feedback and coaching to team members to ensure customer service standards are met • Maintain up-to-date records of customer requests and inquiries • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers • Follow all company policies and procedures when providing customer support • Assist with the training of new customer service personnel as needed
