Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Support Lead to join our team at Five Below. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and natural problem-solver who is passionate about customer service and providing a seamless store experience. If you have a strong eye for detail, a customer-centric mindset, and a knack for finding creative solutions to complex challenges, this may be the perfect role for you.To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least two years of experience in a similar capacity, excellent communication and organization skills, and a strong understanding of retail operations. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of support staff in providing exceptional customer service and a seamless store experience.
  2. Troubleshoot complex customer inquiries and issues and create innovative solutions.
  3. Monitor store operations to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Train and mentor new employees on customer service processes and procedures.
  5. Develop and implement customer service standards and protocols.
  6. Ensure customer complaints are responded to in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and use it to drive service improvements.
  8. Lead regular team meetings to review customer service performance and set improvement goals.
  9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer requests and needs are met.
  10. Monitor customer service analytics and metrics to measure performance.
