Job Description

We’re looking for a Support Lead to join our growing team at Five Below! As the Support Lead, you will be the go-to person for all customer service inquiries, managing customer inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.You should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. You should also be patient and approachable, as you will need to be able to resolve customer issues with a positive attitude.If you’re a motivated individual looking to join a dynamic team and help us continue to provide excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a positive attitude when resolving customer issues.
  3. Provide accurate information to customers and colleagues as needed.
  4. Display excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  5. Demonstrate clear and concise communication with customers and colleagues.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction by staying up to date with Five Below products and services.
  7. Ensure customer data is maintained securely and confidentially.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements where necessary.
  9. Assist team members with customer inquiries.
  10. Develop strategies to improve customer service processes.
