As our Support Lead, you'll take ownership of customer inquiries and ensure that each customer receives a positive experience.We're looking for a team player with strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a knack for creative problem-solving. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure customer inquiries are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and relevant industry information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
