Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and become an expert in Five Below products and services.
- Provide clear and concise responses to customers' inquiries and questions.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude and remain professional in the face of challenging customer interactions.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on new products and services and provide training to other team members.
- Track customer service metrics and work to improve customer service performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
