Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Support Lead to join our team at Five Below. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for problem-solving, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. If you're passionate about helping customers find the perfect products and solutions, this is the role for you.The Support Lead is a key player in the overall success of Five Below. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and working with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you'll become an expert in our products and services and provide clear and concise answers to customers' questions.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience in a customer-facing role. You should also have a strong understanding of customer service principles, proven ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.If you're a customer service guru with the drive and enthusiasm to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate excellent customer service and become an expert in Five Below products and services.
  2. Provide clear and concise responses to customers' inquiries and questions.
  3. Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
  4. Maintain a positive attitude and remain professional in the face of challenging customer interactions.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date on new products and services and provide training to other team members.
  7. Track customer service metrics and work to improve customer service performance.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
