- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of associates, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed in their roles.
- Monitor and assess the performance of associates, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills and abilities.
- Oversee and manage store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
- Serve as a role model for excellent customer service, handling any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
- Train new associates on store policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of store operations, such as inventory, sales, and customer service metrics.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth, and share knowledge and best practices with team members.
Prior Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Team Members.
Proficiency In Problem-Solving And Conflict Resolution, With The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management And Store Operations, Including Cash Handling And Merchandising.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Multitask, While Maintaining A Positive Attitude And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
