  1. Lead and manage a team of support associates to ensure exceptional customer service is consistently provided.
  2. Train and onboard new support associates, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
  3. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
  4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
  6. Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
  7. Collaborate with other store leaders to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  8. Conduct regular store walks to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
  9. Assist in the hiring and scheduling of support associates to ensure adequate coverage and optimal team performance.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  11. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment.
  12. Handle cash and perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
  13. Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on store performance and any potential issues.
  14. Be a role model for the team by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
