Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Support Lead to join our team at Five Below! We are seeking an individual who is passionate about customer service and has a knack for problem solving. As a Support Lead, you will drive the customer experience by providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance, while managing and leading a team of support staff. To be successful as a Support Lead, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a high level of commitment to providing the best customer service experience possible.The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:• At least 2+ years of customer service and/or retail experience in a fast-paced environment • Proven leadership and team management experience • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging or stressful situations • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service If you are an experienced Support Lead with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of customer service support staff.
  2. Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service assistance.
  3. Ensure customer service is delivered in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Solve customer service issues and inquiries.
  5. Monitor customer service performance levels and take corrective action when needed.
  6. Identify training and development opportunities for staff.
  7. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  9. Ensure compliance with customer service standards.
  10. Maintain accurate records of customer service activities.
