Job Description

  1. Lead and support store teams in providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed company standards.
  2. Train and develop team members on customer service techniques and product knowledge.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment through proper merchandising and inventory management.
  4. Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Create and implement strategies to achieve sales and productivity goals.
  6. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
  7. Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Conduct regular store walks to identify and address any operational or customer service issues.
  9. Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient store operations.
  10. Collaborate with other Support Leads and store management to share best practices and improve overall store performance.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  12. Uphold company values and promote a positive work culture within the store team.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Support Lead At Five Below Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Guide A Team Of Support Associates. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Motivate Team Members.
