Job Description

  1. Mentor and lead a team of support specialists to provide exceptional customer support.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the support team, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Communicate effectively with team members, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  4. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, utilizing problem solving skills to find appropriate resolutions.
  5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members.
  6. Create and implement training programs to ensure the support team is knowledgeable and up-to-date on company policies, products, and procedures.
  7. Monitor customer support metrics and provide reports to management on team performance and customer feedback.
  8. Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  10. Serve as a role model for the support team, exhibiting a strong work ethic and commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
