- Collaborate with the Merchandising and Tech teams to learn about the retail industry and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the business.
- Assist in developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
- Support the Merchandising and Tech teams in creating and maintaining product assortments, including pricing, inventory management, and product placement.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to gain exposure to different departments and areas of the business.
- Utilize technology and data to improve processes and optimize product performance.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Provide support for day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory management, and reporting.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and compliance measures.

Strong Analytical Skills: As A Merchandising, Tech Intern At Five Below, You Will Be Expected To Analyze Sales Data, Trends, And Customer Behavior To Help Inform Merchandising Decisions. Therefore, Having Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Interpret Data Is Crucial For This Role.
Familiarity With Retail Industry: A Basic Understanding Of The Retail Industry And Trends Is Important For This Internship. This Includes Knowledge Of Popular Products, Consumer Behavior, And Competition In The Market.
Proficiency In Technology: This Internship Will Involve Working With Various Software And Technology Platforms To Track Inventory, Analyze Data, And Create Visual Merchandising Displays. Proficiency In Microsoft Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, And Other Relevant Software Is Preferred.
Attention To Detail: As A Merchandising, Tech Intern, You Will Be Responsible For Creating Visually Appealing Displays And Ensuring Accurate Inventory Management. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In This Role To Avoid Any Errors Or Discrepancies.
