- Stay informed on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements and changes to store operations.
Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A High-Volume Store.
Strong Leadership Skills: Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Handle Conflicts And Challenges In A Professional Manner.
Customer Service Oriented: A Customer-Centric Mindset With A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Creating A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.
Sales And Financial Management: Proven Ability To Drive Sales And Meet Financial Targets, Including Managing Inventory, Controlling Expenses, And Increasing Profitability.
