Welcome to Five Below! We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at our Central Park location. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for someone who is passionate about retail and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and drive sales while providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.   1. Oversee the overall operation of the Five Below store at Central Park location.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and meeting performance expectations.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
  4. Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing plans to increase store profitability.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  8. Manage inventory levels and control shrinkage by conducting regular audits and implementing loss prevention measures.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with district and regional managers to share best practices and achieve company objectives.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to make informed business decisions.
  13. Uphold the Five Below brand and values, and promote a positive company culture.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean store environment for both employees and customers.
  15. Continuously strive to improve store operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
