Store Manager

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Five Below! Our ideal candidate is an experienced and dedicated professional who is committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to motivate and develop team members. To be successful in this role, you must have at least three years of retail store management experience, a proven track record of meeting sales goals, and a customer-focused mindset. You should also be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising and inventory management. Additionally, you should have knowledge of business software, such as Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement store strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
2. Manage and motivate a team of retail sales associates to ensure the highest level of customer service.
3. Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and adjust operations and procedures accordingly.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
5. Monitor inventory levels and order new products as necessary.
6. Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
7. Train and develop team members to help them reach their maximum potential.
8. Act as a point of contact for customers and handle customer complaints and inquiries.
9. Build relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure product availability.
10. Monitor expenses and control costs.
