Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including customer service, stock management, store staff, and financial performance.
2. Ensure the store meets and exceeds sales goals.
3. Lead and motivate store staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
5. Monitor store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Work with store staff to develop and implement store training programs.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
8. Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
9. Manage inventory, restocking shelves, and ordering new merchandise.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues.
11. Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping for store operations.
12. Monitor store performance against budget and provide timely reporting to senior management.
