Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Store Manager to join our team at Five Below. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of store operations, including store profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development. You will be the face of the company and will ensure that our customers are receiving the highest level of service.The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for retail and customer service. You should have a minimum of 5 years of retail management experience and a proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and have a strong understanding of the retail landscape. You must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and senior management. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, store profitability, and team development.
2. Ensure customers are receiving the highest level of service and that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
3. Hire, train, and develop staff and ensure team members have the knowledge and skills to effectively perform their duties.
4. Monitor store performance and take necessary action to improve sales and profitability.
5. Create and implement policies and procedures to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
7. Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
8. Maintain store standards and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
9. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
10. Monitor and manage expenses to ensure store is operating within budget.
