Store Manager

At Five Below, we are looking for an outstanding Store Manager to join our team and lead our store to success. The right individual for this role will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage people and resources to ensure the store meets all customer service and operational goals. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about customer satisfaction and motivated to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for each and every customer.The Store Manager should have at least two years of retail management experience, a proven track record of success in leading and motivating a team, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. In addition, strong multitasking abilities and proficiency with retail software and technology are essential for this role. Responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and increase customer satisfaction.
2. Lead, motivate and train store staff to ensure exceptional customer service and performance.
3. Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
4. Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and store maintenance.
5. Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures.
6. Manage stock levels and order new stock when necessary.
7. Monitor store budgets and expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.
9. Foster a culture of safety and security in the store.
10. Use retail software and technology to streamline operational processes.
