As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience, driving sales, and developing a team of talented associates.   1. Manage store operations: The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  2. Drive sales: The Store Manager will be responsible for setting sales goals and developing strategies to achieve them. This includes monitoring and analyzing sales data, implementing sales promotions, and ensuring that the store meets its sales targets.
  3. Create an outstanding customer experience: The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring that each customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience at Five Below. This includes training and coaching associates on providing excellent customer service.
  4. Lead and develop a team: The Store Manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training a team of talented associates. They will also be responsible for providing ongoing coaching and development to ensure the team is performing at their best.
  5. Maintain store standards: The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. This includes managing inventory levels, implementing merchandising standards, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  6. Analyze data and make strategic decisions: The Store Manager will be responsible for analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and other key metrics to make informed decisions about the store's operations.   • Retail Management Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Similar Role, Is Required For This Position. This Includes Experience In Managing Store Operations, Sales, Inventory, And Staff.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: The Store Manager Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Customer Service, As Well As The Ability To Train And Coach Their Team To Do The Same.

  • Business Acumen: The Store Manager Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Retail Business Operations, Including Budgeting, Financial Analysis, And Inventory Management.
