1. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
3. Ensure the store is fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
4. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
5. Hire, train, and mentor a team of associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet company standards.
6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
7. Set and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
8. Continuously monitor and improve store processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
9. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
10. Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on store performance and address any concerns.
11. Manage and control store expenses to meet budget targets.
12. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities to make informed business decisions.
13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
14. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other important data.
15. Participate in company meetings and training sessions as required.
16. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's values and mission.
17. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where team members are motivated to succeed.
18. Continuously identify and implement opportunities for improvement in store operations.
