Job Description

Welcome to Five Below, where we're all about providing our customers with amazing deals on the coolest products! We are currently seeking a motivated Stock Associate to join our team and help us keep our stores fully stocked with our ever-changing inventory. As a Stock Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great shopping experience by maintaining organization and availability of merchandise. If you're a hard-working, detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

  1. Receive and unload merchandise shipments from trucks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Organize and categorize merchandise according to company guidelines.
  3. Stock shelves and displays with merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Keep back storage area and stock room organized and neat.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure all stock is accounted for and available for customers.
  7. Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage.
  8. Help maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking and tidying up as needed.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating merchandise and answering any questions.
  10. Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with management regarding any stock needs or issues.
  12. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
  13. Continuously stay updated on new merchandise and product knowledge.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures regarding merchandise handling and security.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail: As A Stock Associate, You Will Be Responsible For Receiving, Unpacking, And Organizing Inventory. It Is Important To Have Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail To Ensure The Accuracy And Efficiency Of The Stocking Process.
