Sr. Manager, Change Management

We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of Change Management to join the growing Five Below team! As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of organizational change initiatives across the company. To do this, you must possess a deep understanding of change management principles, the ability to lead and motivate teams, and a passion for helping our company reach its fullest potential. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration) is strongly preferred. In addition to these qualifications, we’re looking for someone who is a creative problem-solver, a strong communicator, and a team player. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the successful implementation of organizational change initiatives across the company.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Advise on best practices for change management.
4. Monitor progress and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives.
5. Facilitate team discussions and workshops.
6. Work closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment between change initiatives and business objectives.
7. Develop strategies to address resistance to change.
8. Analyze data and develop insights to inform decision-making.
9. Create presentations and other materials to share progress, results, and lessons learned.
10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
