Sr. Associate, IT Compliance

1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to IT compliance.
2. Design, implement, and manage IT compliance programs for the organization.
3. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of technology systems and processes to identify potential compliance issues.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that compliance policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the organization.
5. Provide guidance and support to IT teams to ensure that all technology projects and initiatives are compliant with relevant regulations.
6. Monitor and track changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards, and make recommendations for updates to compliance programs as needed.
7. Prepare and submit compliance reports to relevant regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
8. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues that arise, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
9. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in IT compliance, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
10. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators to ensure a smooth and successful audit process.
11. Train and educate employees on IT compliance policies and procedures.
12. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and documentation.
13. Act as a subject matter expert on IT compliance matters and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure compliance considerations are addressed.
15. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of IT compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements.
