  1. Conduct thorough analysis of inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and improve inventory management processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, merchandising, and logistics, to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely fulfillment of orders.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven recommendations for inventory allocation, replenishment, and forecasting.
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators for inventory management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and inventory management, and incorporate them into our strategies.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of inventory data to maintain accuracy and identify any discrepancies or issues.
  8. Develop and maintain inventory-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve overall team performance.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure efficient and effective management of inventory.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall business operations and drive efficiencies.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for inventory management, providing insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes, systems, and tools to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  14. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities related to inventory management, contributing to the overall profitability of the company.
  15. Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to inventory management and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Management, Preferably In An Ecommerce Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Proficiency In Using Inventory Management Software And Erp Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Teams, Including Merchandising, Logistics, And Finance.
