3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays neat and visually appealing.
4. Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Proactively engage with customers to promote current promotions and new products.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.
