  1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with purchases.
  3. Learn about Five Below products and stay up-to-date on promotions and sales.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and keeping shelves and racks neat.
  5. Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  8. Assist with receiving and unpacking new merchandise.
  9. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
  10. Promote a fun and energetic work environment for both customers and team members.
  11. Be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
  12. Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic at all times.
  14. Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
  15. Represent Five Below in a professional and positive manner at all times.
