We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Sales Associates. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers and contribute to the overall success of our store.   1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming product trends to better assist customers.
  7. Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
  9. Maintain knowledge of store policies, procedures, and promotions.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
  12. Communicate effectively with management regarding any customer or operational issues.
  13. Be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and contribute to the success of the store.
