As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales during our busiest time of the year. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about our brand and can create a fun and energetic atmosphere for our customers. 1. Greet and welcome customers to the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, locating products, and processing transactions.
3. Maintain a strong knowledge of all products and promotions in order to effectively sell and upsell to customers.
4. Create a fun and energetic atmosphere for customers by engaging in conversations and promoting a positive shopping experience.
5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and recommending products to customers.
6. Keep the store organized and visually appealing by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
7. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the store.
8. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management in a timely manner.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
10. Attend and participate in training and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
11. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
12. Utilize suggestive selling techniques to drive add-on sales and increase customer satisfaction.
13. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
