- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and energetic manner to create a positive shopping experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, locating items, and processing transactions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and presented in an appealing manner on the sales floor.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.

Retail Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Sales Or Customer Service Role, Is Preferred For This Position.
Availability To Work Flexible Hours: As A Seasonal Position, The Hours For A Sales Associate At Five Below May Vary And May Include Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. Candidates Should Have Availability To Work During These Times.
