Five Below is seeking a Salesfloor Associate to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued shoppers.   1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries and purchases.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized salesfloor, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual displays.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  5. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  6. Uphold company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention protocols.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador by representing Five Below with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
  9. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork and respect amongst colleagues.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best possible customer experience.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Salesfloor Associate At Five Below Should Possess Exceptional Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Provide Excellent Customer Service To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Key In A Sales Role, And A Salesfloor Associate Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Confidently With Both Customers And Team Members.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Sales Role, Is Often Required For A Salesfloor Associate Position At Five Below. This Experience Will Help The Candidate Understand The Company's Products And Processes, And Provide A Foundation For Success In The Role.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Five Below Is Known For Its Lively And Fast-Paced Stores, And A Salesfloor Associate Should Be Able To Thrive In This Type Of Environment. They Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once And Work Efficiently To Meet Sales Goals.

  • Basic Math And Cash Handling Skills: As Part Of Their Responsibilities, Salesfloor Associates At Five Below May Be Required To Handle Cash Transactions And Perform Basic Math Calculations. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Basic Math And Cash Handling Skills To Accurately Process Transactions And Handle Cash.
