As a Salesfloor Associate, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers while maintaining the appearance and organization of the store. - Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and positive first impression.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized salesfloor, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and keeping displays presentable.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to management.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer service expectations.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay informed about current and upcoming product trends to effectively assist customers.
- Be familiar with all store promotions, sales, and discounts to inform customers and drive sales.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the store.
