1. Greet and welcome customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their questions and needs.
3. Maintain a clean and organized salesfloor by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and keeping displays neat and visually appealing.
4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to management.
6. Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and accurately labeled.
7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
8. Engage with customers to promote sales and introduce them to new products.
9. Actively seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
11. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
12. Attend and participate in training sessions and store meetings as required.
13. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
14. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
