Salesfloor Associate

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Maintain a clean and organized salesfloor by regularly restocking products, organizing displays, and tidying up the area.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
4. Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Assist with merchandising and stocking products on the salesfloor.
6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
8. Uphold the company's brand standards and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
9. Continuously learn about the products and promotions in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
11. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure the store meets its performance targets.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
