Excellent Communication Skills: A Salesfloor Associate Should Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members.
Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As Retail Or Hospitality, Is Desirable For A Salesfloor Associate Position. This Will Help In Providing Excellent Customer Service And Resolving Any Issues That May Arise.
Knowledge Of Products: A Salesfloor Associate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Products Sold At Five Below To Assist Customers With Their Inquiries And Make Appropriate Recommendations.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Five Below Is A High-Volume Retail Store, And A Salesfloor Associate Should Be Able To Thrive In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks At Once.
