Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Salesfloor Associate at Five Below. As a Salesfloor Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  2. Maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor at all times, representing the company's values and brand.
  3. Greet and assist customers with finding products, answering questions and providing recommendations.
  4. Proactively approach and engage with customers to promote sales and promotions.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered in order to accurately answer customer inquiries.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's POS system.
  7. Stock and replenish merchandise on the salesfloor to ensure products are readily available for customers.
  8. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the salesfloor and backroom areas.
  9. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments.
  10. Collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed sales goals.
  11. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
  13. Communicate any customer or operational issues to management in a timely manner.
  14. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the customer experience and overall store operations.
  15. Attend and actively participate in all training and development opportunities.

  • Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Standing And Walking For Extended Periods Of Time, As Well As Lifting And Moving Merchandise. Candidates Should Be Able To Handle These Physical Demands And Have The Ability To Work On Their Feet For A Full Shift.
