- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly first impression.
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products, providing product knowledge and recommendations as needed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and operating the register.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking products and keeping shelves and displays neat and visually appealing.
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions and sales, effectively communicating them to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and actively contribute to a positive and motivated work environment.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed on new products and trends.
- Proactively seek out and approach customers to promote products and drive sales.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and maintaining security protocols.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing the company and its values.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Product Knowledge: Familiarity With The Products Sold At Five Below, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Pricing, Is Important For A Sales Associate To Assist Customers And Make Recommendations.
Sales Experience: Prior Experience In A Sales Role, Either In A Retail Or Commission-Based Environment, Is Beneficial For A Sales Associate To Meet And Exceed Sales Goals.
