1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all.
2. Assist customers in finding products and provide information on product features, prices, and promotions.
3. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers and drive sales.
4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
6. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
7. Actively seek out opportunities to upsell and recommend additional products to customers.
8. Continuously build product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and make informed product recommendations.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
10. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
12. Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and store maintenance.
13. Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and company policies.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Five Below brand with enthusiasm and pride.
15. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and provide feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience.
