  1. Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product knowledge, and assisting with purchases.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and keeping displays visually appealing.
  4. Assist in receiving and processing shipments of merchandise.
  5. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
  6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
  8. Be knowledgeable about current sales and promotions and effectively communicate them to customers.
  9. Continuously learn about new products and trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  10. Demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the brand and products.
  11. Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.
  12. Adhere to all company guidelines and standards for customer service and sales.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Sales Associate At Five Below Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Management.

  • Sales Experience: Previous Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment, Is A Must For A Sales Associate At Five Below. This Includes Knowledge Of Sales Techniques, Customer Service, And Handling Cash Transactions.

  • Product Knowledge: A Sales Associate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Products Sold At Five Below, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Pricing. This Will Enable Them To Provide Accurate And Helpful Information To Customers.

  • Team Player: Five Below Values Teamwork, And A Sales Associate Should Be Able To Work Well With Others To Achieve Sales Goals And Provide Excellent Customer Service. This Includes Being Able To Take Direction From Superiors And Collaborate With Colleagues.

  • Positive Attitude: A Sales Associate Should Have A Positive And Friendly Demeanor To Create A Welcoming And Enjoyable Shopping Experience For Customers.
