As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. - Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and answering any questions they may have.
- Maximize sales by promoting and upselling products to customers.
- Keep the store clean and organized at all times to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Restock merchandise and maintain appropriate product levels on the sales floor.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and company policies.
- Maintain knowledge of all products in the store and be able to make recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to the store manager.
- Follow safety and security procedures to prevent loss and maintain a safe working environment.
- Attend and participate in all training and development programs.
- Uphold the company's values and represent the brand in a positive and professional manner.

- Strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the store manager.
Product Knowledge: A Sales Associate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Products Sold At Five Below And Be Able To Provide Accurate Information And Recommendations To Customers.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Sales Associate At Five Below Should Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Team Members.
Customer Service Oriented: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Friendly And Approachable Attitude Towards Customers, With A Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
Sales Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Or Sales Environment Is Preferred, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
