Welcome to Five Below, where everything is just $5 or less! We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers by providing excellent customer service and helping them find the best deals.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and offer recommendations based on their needs.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
  5. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention and inventory control.
  6. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  9. Proactively seek out and resolve any customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively promote and upsell products to customers.
  11. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  13. Assist in restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
  14. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
  15. Attend and participate in all required training and meetings to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills: A Sales Associate At Five Below Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Customers And Promote Products.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In Customer Service Is Highly Desirable For A Sales Associate Position At Five Below. This Includes Being Able To Handle Customer Inquiries, Complaints, And Providing A Positive Shopping Experience.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Sales Techniques: A Successful Sales Associate At Five Below Should Be Familiar With Retail Sales Techniques Such As Upselling, Cross-Selling, And Suggestive Selling. This Will Help To Increase The Store's Sales And Improve Customer Satisfaction.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Retail Industry Is Fast-Paced And A Sales Associate At Five Below Must Be Able To Work Efficiently And Handle Multiple Tasks At Once. This Includes Restocking Shelves, Organizing Merchandise, And Assisting Customers.

  • Positive Attitude And Team Player: Five Below Values A Positive And Friendly Atmosphere In Their Stores. A Sales Associate Should Have A Positive Attitude And Be A Team Player In Order To Create A Welcoming Environment For Both Customers And Fellow Employees.
