1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and promotions in order to effectively sell and upsell to customers.
4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, tidying displays, and organizing merchandise.
5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and cross-selling products to customers.
7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage return visits.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is always adequately staffed and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
9. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to the store manager in a timely and professional manner.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
11. Continuously strive to improve sales and customer service skills through training and development opportunities.
12. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, representing the company's values and promoting a fun and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
13. Assist in maintaining a safe and clean store environment by following company safety and security procedures.
14. Any other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
