5. Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized at all times, including restocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
6. Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
8. Actively seek out and communicate customer feedback to management, offering suggestions for improvement.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, loss prevention, and cash handling.
