5. Maintain a neat and organized work environment.
6. Participate in product knowledge training to stay up-to-date on merchandise.
7. Follow company policies and procedures.
8. Assist in store opening and closing procedures.
9. Monitor store inventory and restock shelves as needed.
10. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
