Sales Associate

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join our Five Below family! As a Sales Associate, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find exactly what they’re looking for. You’ll need to be a great listener and communicator, as well as have a knack for problem-solving and be able to think on your feet. If you’re passionate about providing a positive shopping experience for our customers and have a desire to learn, then we’d love to hear from you! To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:-At least 16 years of age-Have prior retail or customer service experience-Be able to work in a fast-paced environment-Be able to stand for long periods of time-Be able to lift up to 25 lbs.-Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends-Be able to work both independently and as part of a team-Be able to demonstrate a passion for customer service

1. Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner and promote a positive shopping experience.
2. Provide customers with product information, answer questions, and suggest items.
3. Process payments and exchanges in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
5. Assist with stocking and inventory management.
6. Assist with creating displays and window displays.
7. Help customers locate items and carry items to their vehicles.
8. Assist with training of new sales associates.
9. Monitor customer traffic and assist with crowd control.
10. Comply with all safety and security regulations.
