Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join Five Below! As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping to create a pleasant and productive shopping experience for our customers. You will need to be enthusiastic, reliable, and have a positive attitude in order to ensure that our customers leave our store with a great impression.To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, results-oriented, and have a strong appreciation for the Five Below brand. You must have a minimum of one year of retail sales experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. We are looking for somebody who is passionate about customer service and retail sales and is ready to hit the ground running!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and help to create a pleasant and productive shopping experience for our customers.
  2. Demonstrate enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  3. Maintain organization, focus on results, and have a strong appreciation for the Five Below brand.
  4. Maintain a minimum of one year of retail sales experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  5. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Interact with customers on a daily basis.
  7. Remain passionate about customer service and retail sales.
  8. Quickly adapt to new situations and hit the ground running.
